Michael Failace is the director of Michael Fallace & Associates, PC, the boutique employment law firm that assists both employers and employees in resolving all types of employment law matters. The company is known for a high level of dedication and expertise in the following employment matters.
Prior to forming the firm he worked for seventeen years as an in-house Employment Counsel with IBM. Mr. Faillace has also taught employment discrimination law as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law since 1992 and at Seton Hall University Law School from 1995 to 1998. In addition to being admitted to the New York State Bar, he is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Micheal is also a nationally-renowned speaker and writer on employment law. He is the author of the best-selling treatise on the ADA Disability Law Deskbook: The Americans with Disabilities Act in the Workplace, published by Practicing Law Institute (PLI). He is a three time recipient of the New York State annual Pro Bono lawyer award given by the New York Bar Association.

Michael grew up in Columbia, South America. He calls himself a Rotary Brat since his father has been a Rotarian for 40 years and is still an active member. Michael just decided one day to join New York Rotary. He picked up the phone to see where the luncheon was, and has been an active member ever since. He currently serves as the 2007-2008 Vocational Service Division Chair.

He is fluent in Spanish, German, French and Italian. His education includes a B.A., from Columbia University with Majors in Sociology and History. He has a M.P.A. from Kennedy School of Government, and a Law Degree from Harvard Law School, he also earned an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, majoring in Labor and Employment Law.

Fischetti Class of 1988 is a Certified Financial Planner at du Pasquier Co., the asset management company that specializes in assisting the high net worth client and the small to mid-size institutional investor by providing customized portfolio management processes that derive from proprietary quantitative investment methodologies.






Hugh T. Fox - Class of 2007

Hugh T. Fox was born in Brooklyn, New York. The grandson of Martin Weglicki, a prominent Brooklyn business leader, and Hugh Fox, Sr., a decorated New York City police detective. Huge was instilled, at a young age, with the values to lead responsibly and to give generously. He is the eldest of two boys. Family values remain the nucleus to Hugh, and he enjoys dining with his family.

Hugh is married and lives in Battery Park City with his wife Bonnie, a medical student in neurology. Together, they have lived in Battery Park City since 1997. In addition to New York, Hugh and Bonnie reside in Hong Kong and Vancouver throughout the year. They are actively involved in the communities that they live and visit, and are long-time members of The India House Club in downtown Manhattan. Hugh and Bonnie are stewards to several New York City and international civic and charity organizations. And, they aspire to inspire fellowship in their travels as they explore new cultures.

Hugh earned a Ph.D. in urban policy at Milano – The New School for Management and Urban Policy. In his consultancy, he advises on economic development and public policy in developing countries. He also earned a master of sciences degree in urban policy from Milano – The New School for Management and Urban Policy, and his bachelor of sciences degree from The New School in political science and economics.

Hugh is passionate about developing international fellowship, and his goal is to develop a network of global sustainability in developed and developing worlds. When he is not pursuing his passion and goal, he is an avid marathoner and tri-athlete. He enjoys golfing, scuba diving, rock climbing and kayaking.

Hugh’s proudest accomplishment is his implementation of a Holiday Season giving program, which continues to provide 300+ impoverished families in New York City access to basic living needs during the holiday season. It is his proudest accomplishment because he believes it is an antecedent in his life-long dedication to his ancestries values to lead responsibly and give generously. And, personifies his mantra: “one person can inspire the populace to greatness, but no one can inspire greatness alone.”
